Working with Cathi Hight enabled our organization to create a vision for the future of our community. The scenario planning got the Board of Directors to come together around a common agenda. Cathi facilitated the sessions with great professionalism. When I presented the scenarios at our Annual Meeting, the 500 people were so attentive and engaged, you could have heard a pin drop! Since then, The Business Council of Westchester has established a comprehensive new strategy, already in implementation, which will allow us to reach our preferred scenario.
