LIVE WEBINAR WITH CATHI HIGHT

Kill the Sacred Cows: Reimagine, Redesign and Relaunch

Kill the Sacred Cows | Hight Performance Group

In this time of drastic change:

    • How do we objectively evaluate our programming?
    • Can we design programs amidst uncertainty?
    • How we create events that appeal to changing expectations?

If you’re like many other organizations, your events have been postponed or canceled and the future of face-to-face events feel uncertain. It’s difficult to plan programs in the fall and for the year ahead. In the past, when you have reviewed programming and discussed which ones to sunset, it has resulted in turf-protection with employees and board members and there isn’t agreement on how to evaluate programs objectively.

With uncertainty looming and the changing expectations of stakeholders, it’s time to evaluate  what you offer, say goodbye to sacred cows whose time has come and gone, and develop new strategies for designing future programs.
