During that critical first year of membership:
- How can we influence early engagement with new members?
- What’s the secret to targeting opportunities to align with new members’ interests?
- Can we automate the first-year member journey using high-tech and high-touch?
Imagine if new members told you what they value and what they want from you.
First year members have the highest churn rate and influencing early engagement and experiencing value and success could increase retention.
We know there are different motivations to engage. When you have a small-staff operation, it’s difficult to onboard and engage with every new member throughout the year.
Leveraging automation and member segmentation can create an efficient onboarding process to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time. This data-driven approach combines powerful insights for you and tailored first-year member journeys that can increase retention.
Join us for an insightful webinar to explore how you can supercharge your onboarding process and increase first year member engagement.
It’s time to revolutionize your onboarding program with precision strategies!
