April Bragg is a dynamic leader and marketing expert with 20+ years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, leadership development, governmental relations, business support, and community building. Over the past 12 years April has established herself as a valued resource for her peers in the chamber industry presenting at state and national conferences and being featured on industry webinars and podcasts.
April’s greatest strength lies in creating vision, building support, and developing partnerships to achieve ambitious goals. She is a trusted resource and thought-leader in her local community, committed to being an unstoppable solutions-finder, innovator, and champion for local business. While her passion for her work and the community are evident, April’s greatest role is that of wife, mom, and “Chief Memory Maker” of the Bragg bunch. Making the world a better place for them is the why that drives her life’s work each and every day.
Aura Lee Durham
Aura Lee Durham, Chief Operating Officer, Robins Regional Chamber of Commerce
Aura Lee Durham is a veteran in the Chamber Industry, beginning her first “tour of duty” in 2004 as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of the Robins Regional Chamber. Over the last two decades, she has served the Middle Georgia business community in various roles at the Robins Regional Chamber and has served as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer since 2012.
In her current role she oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, membership services and recruitment, and the organization’s operating budget. Aura Lee attributes her longevity in this field to her personal passion for the missional work of the chamber and her commitment to making an indelible, positive impact on the chamber industry and local community.
A lifelong learner, Aura Lee seizes every opportunity for professional development and has established herself as the “go-to resource” for the latest trends, best practices, and policy updates impacting our industry, our members, and our region. Aura Lee is a Georgia Certified Chamber Executive and a 2008 graduate of the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management. After moving to Warner Robins as an “Air Force brat” at the tender age of 3, Aura Lee considers herself an “honorary native.” She has deep ties in the community and is honored to serve the Robins Region each day in her role at the Chamber.

Cathi Hight, is President of Hight Performance Group, an organizational development firm that helps develop healthy organizations to manage constant change, enhance customer loyalty and “work smarter, not harder.” She has over 25 years of experience in performance improvement, strategic planning, board development, and membership development.
As a certified Wiley Workplace Solutions Partner and Kaizen consultant, Cathi works with organizations to develop high performing teams, effective leaders, customer-centric practices, and productive work environments.
Cathi helps clients identify their real problems and solve them. She shares Kaizen principles of continuous improvement, making small and incremental changes, and improving customer experiences which bring about “good change” for internal and external customers.
